What insurance do you accept?
We accept Kaiser, Medicare, and PPO plans. Each handles physical therapy a little differently — referrals, authorizations, copays — so call us with your insurance card handy and we'll check your coverage before your first visit.
What should I wear to my appointment?
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that lets you move freely and gives your therapist access to the area being treated — athletic wear works well. If we're treating your knee or leg, shorts are ideal.
What should I bring to my first visit?
Bring your insurance card, a photo ID, and any relevant paperwork — a referral or surgical protocol if you have one, and a list of current medications. Arriving a few minutes early for intake paperwork helps your first session start on time.
What happens at my first appointment?
Your first visit is an evaluation: your therapist will talk through your history and goals, assess your movement, strength, and pain patterns, and build a treatment plan with you. Most patients also begin treatment the same day.
