Physical Therapy for Kaiser Members in Fresno

We accept Kaiser at our Fresno clinic. Kaiser patients start with a referral or prescription from their doctor — bring that along with your card, and we'll take it from there.

Yes — we accept Kaiser

Kaiser is one of the plan categories we work with, alongside Medicare and PPO plans. What that means for your specific situation still depends on your individual plan, which is why we'd rather talk it through with you than have you guess from a website.

One exception: we're not taking Kaiser Medi-Cal plans at this time. If your Kaiser coverage comes through Medi-Cal, give us a call before you schedule so we can tell you where things stand.

Starting care as a Kaiser patient

Kaiser patients come to us through a referral or prescription from their doctor — that's how these cases start here. If you don't have one yet, that's your first step: talk to your doctor about physical therapy and ask for it in writing. You can bring it with you, or have their office send it over.

Once you have it, call us with your card and we'll go over the rest together. Coverage, authorization, and documentation requirements still vary from one plan to the next, so the details we can confirm for you are the ones tied to your actual plan — not a general rule we could print here.

What to bring to your first visit

What we treat

Your plan is built around your evaluation, not a template. We treat back and neck pain, post-surgical recovery, sports and work injuries, and pediatric patients, and we use hands-on manual therapy alongside exercise and education. You can browse our services to see what fits, or call and we'll help point you in the right direction.

Ready to get started?

Have your referral and your Kaiser card handy and give us a call — we'll review your plan information with you and explain what comes next.
